1. Bosmat Rewards — Terms & Conditions

   Program Overview

   Bosmat Rewards (“Program”) is the loyalty program offered by Bosmat Flowers (“Bosmat Flowers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Program rewards customers for qualifying purchases by allowing members to earn Petals, which may be redeemed for eligible rewards.

   By enrolling in or participating in Bosmat Rewards, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

   Bosmat Flowers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program, including earning rates, redemption values, available rewards, exclusions, and these Terms, subject to applicable law.

   1. Enrollment

   • Enrollment in Bosmat Rewards is free.

   • Customers may enroll by providing a valid phone number or email address in-store or online.

   • Limit one Bosmat Rewards account per customer.

   • Customers are responsible for ensuring that their contact information is accurate and up to date.

   • Customers must identify their loyalty account at checkout in order to earn or redeem Petals.

   • Petals and rewards may not be transferred, sold, or combined between accounts unless specifically authorized by Bosmat Flowers.

   2. Earning Petals

   • Members earn 1 Petal for every $5 spent on qualifying purchases.

   • Petals are earned based on the qualifying purchase subtotal before taxes, delivery charges, service fees, tips, and other excluded charges.

   • Unless otherwise stated, purchases must reach a complete $5 increment to earn a Petal. Partial Petals are not awarded.

   • Petals are credited after an eligible transaction has been completed.

   • Petals are not earned on gift card purchases, deposits, taxes, delivery charges, service fees, tips, amounts paid using loyalty rewards, or other excluded purchases.

   • Bosmat Flowers may occasionally offer Bonus Petals, Double Petals, or other promotional earning opportunities. These promotions may be subject to additional terms, dates, or restrictions.

   • Petals have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

   • Bosmat Flowers reserves the right to correct Petal balances if Petals are awarded incorrectly due to an error, refund, cancellation, duplicate transaction, fraud, or misuse.

   3. Redeeming Petals & Rewards

   • Petals may be redeemed for available rewards once the required redemption threshold has been reached.

   • Current rewards and the number of Petals required for each reward will be displayed through Bosmat Flowers' active loyalty program.

   • Reward options, redemption values, and required Petal amounts may change from time to time.

   • Minimum purchase requirements may apply to certain rewards.

   • Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to previous purchases.

   • Rewards cannot be applied toward taxes, delivery charges, service fees, tips, gift cards, deposits, or other excluded items.

   • Unless specifically stated otherwise, only one Bosmat Rewards reward may be redeemed per transaction.

   • Loyalty rewards may not be combined with certain coupons, promotional offers, sale pricing, or other discounts.

   • Redemption options may differ between online and in-store purchases.

   • Customers must be logged into or identified with their Bosmat Rewards account at checkout to redeem available rewards.

   4. Holidays, Events & Exclusions

   Customers may generally continue to earn Petals during major holidays and peak periods on otherwise qualifying purchases.

   However, Bosmat Flowers reserves the right to restrict or temporarily suspend the redemption of rewards during high-demand periods, including but not limited to:

   • Valentine's Day and surrounding peak dates

   • Mother's Day and surrounding peak dates

   • Major holidays and other high-demand floral periods

   Bosmat Flowers may also exclude certain products, services, or order types from earning or redeeming Petals, including:

   • Weddings and events

   • Corporate or contracted accounts

   • Wholesale orders

   • Custom or special orders

   • Deposits

   • Gift cards

   • Certain sale or promotional items

   • Orders receiving special or negotiated pricing

   Applicable restrictions may be communicated at checkout or as part of the applicable promotion or offer.

   5. Refunds, Cancellations & Adjustments

   • If an order is canceled, refunded, charged back, or otherwise reversed, Petals earned from that transaction may be removed from the customer's account.

   • For partial refunds, the corresponding number of Petals may be deducted.

   • If a reward was used on an order that is later canceled or refunded, Bosmat Flowers may determine whether the redeemed Petals are returned based on the circumstances of the transaction and applicable law.

   • Bosmat Flowers reserves the right to correct Petal balances when Petals or rewards were earned, credited, deducted, or redeemed incorrectly.

   6. Petal Expiration

   Petals currently do not expire.

   Bosmat Flowers reserves the right to introduce or modify an expiration policy in the future. Any such change will be communicated as appropriate and will be subject to applicable law.

   7. Program Changes & Termination

   Bosmat Flowers reserves the right to modify the Program, including:

   • How Petals are earned

   • The earning rate

   • Redemption thresholds

   • Reward values

   • Available rewards

   • Minimum purchase requirements

   • Eligible products or services

   • Promotional offers

   • Holiday restrictions

   • Other Program features

   Where required by applicable law, changes will apply prospectively and appropriate notice will be provided.

   Bosmat Flowers may suspend or discontinue Bosmat Rewards at any time. If the Program is discontinued, unused Petals and outstanding rewards will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any notice provided by Bosmat Flowers.

   8. Fraud, Abuse & Misuse

   Bosmat Flowers reserves the right to review, suspend, or terminate a Bosmat Rewards account in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, manipulation, unauthorized transactions, duplicate accounts, or other misuse of the Program.

   Petals or rewards obtained through fraudulent or improper activity may be canceled or removed.

   9. General Terms

   • Petals are promotional loyalty units and are not cash.

   • Petals have no monetary value outside of Bosmat Rewards.

   • Petals and rewards may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged between customers unless expressly authorized by Bosmat Flowers.

   • Participation in Bosmat Rewards is subject to these Terms and applicable law.

   • Bosmat Flowers reserves the right to interpret and administer the Program in accordance with these Terms.

   • If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

   By participating in Bosmat Rewards, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
